Moreton Bay City Building Services is a family operated small business in Ningi on Brisbane’s Northside, servicing the region of Moreton Bay. Our builder Toby Drew has a team of committed and qualified tradespeople and apprentices working on site, and a support team in the office to back them up, co-ordinating the projects and communicating with our clients, to ensure job success. They choose only the best contractors and suppliers to meet the high standards of building and quality finishes you expect when renovating or extending, to create the vision of your dream home.

Moreton Bay City Building Services is a full-service renovation and extension building service provider, so when we say, “from concept to completion”, we mean it. We work with you during every stage of the development: from the initial consultation; through the design stage; all the way through construction; and finally, to completion.

Meet Your Builder

Toby is a Registered Builder in Brisbane, Queensland, and has more than 20 years experience in the Building and Construction Industry.

He has contributed to the family construction business from a young age, working directly with a multitude of trades and craftsman, learning the fundamentals of the building industry in his fathers building company.
In 2010 Toby founded Toby Drew Homes and began working as a builder in the Moreton Bay Area of Brisbane.

Since 2022, Toby recognised a shift in the housing market—people weren’t just looking for new builds, but rather for ways to adapt and improve the homes they already have. Renovations and extensions are a smart solution for homeowners who love their location but need more space or updated features.

So in 2024 Toby decided that the changing landscape of the building industry meant meeting the changing needs of clients, so Moreton Bay City Building Services was born, where his focus has become the home renovators and extenders.
